Human Resource Development now has become a complex issue and it can no longer be the responsibility for the single stakeholder either in Public or Private Sector. There is need to develop a new strategic Public Private Partnership to mobilize all available resource in Public and Private Sector for making training system more efficient  and demand-driven.
